Account Registration and Management

Each individual may operate only one account on the 65bd platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts may be closed immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To process withdrawals or claim high-value bonuses, 65bd may request identity verification. The customer may be required to submit any one of the following documents:
- A clear copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
2.3 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential is your own responsibility. 65bd will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
2.4 Updating Personal Information
Always keep the contact information on your account up to date. 65bd will not be held responsible for any disruption to services caused by outdated or incorrect information.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
65bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Minimum Limits
Minimum Deposit: ৳300 per method
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may take longer if KYC verification is pending or any unusual activity is suspected.
3.4 Deposit Conditions
- Deposited funds must come from a payment method owned by the account holder.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made first.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each customer may benefit from each promotion only once.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus abuse or arbitrage is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- Unused bonus balances will be cancelled once a bonus offer expires.
4.3 VIP Cashback Programme
The 65bd VIP programme has four tiers, each providing a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Customers can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active play. Detailed terms apply to VIP benefits and 65bd reserves the right to change them at any time.
4.4 Right to Modify Promotions
65bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion, bonus or offer without prior notice. Please check the latest terms before claiming a bonus.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
65bd uses technology of the highest standard to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 65bd operates games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and other recognised software providers.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

5.4 Technical Disruptions

65bd may cancel or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Balance of a Cancelled Account
If an account is cancelled due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, 65bd reserves the right to withhold the deposited balance and, subject to evidence, forfeit it. If the reason for cancellation is not the fault of the customer, the applicable balance will be refunded subject to verification.

9.3 Finality of Decisions
